Job Duties
- Ensure optimal operational efficacies to provide customers the best rental car experience
- Provide assistance creating a rental car reservation, processing rentals and providing clean and safe vehicles to customers
- Assist customers with various post rental inquiries involving rental and billing process
- Work in a fast-paced environment, providing helpful customer service that enhances rental experience
- Answer phone inquiries about Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, rental requirements, billing, rental extensions, roadside assistance and more
- Effectively communicate Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and procedures
- Maximize revenue opportunities with customers by actively soliciting business after customer inquiry by overcoming objections
- Ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up including checking for damage, cleaning interior and exterior, refueling and checking fluid levels
