Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate program
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle
- Driving record that meets company policy
- Willingness to travel as needed
Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate program
- Preferred major in sales, marketing, business, or related fields
- Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week from May to August
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated interest in sales, operations, or leadership roles
Job Duties
- Support market execution by partnering with sales teams to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer coverage
- Follow the full case journey from warehouse to shelf through shadowing, ride-alongs, and distribution exposure
- Engage with customers by participating in store visits, product placements, promotional activations, and customer-facing events
- Develop actionable insights and deliver a final business presentation showcasing data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and merchandising teams to understand the full scope of the business
