Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate program
  • At least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Access to a vehicle
  • Driving record that meets company policy
  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Preferred majors include sales, marketing, business, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business setting
  • Basic understanding of business operations and sales principles

Job Duties

  • Support market execution by partnering with sales teams to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer coverage
  • Follow the full case journey through shadowing, ride-alongs, and distribution exposure
  • Engage with customers by participating in store visits, product placements, promotional activations, and customer-facing events
  • Develop actionable insights and deliver a final business presentation showcasing data recommendations to improve market execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and merchandising teams to understand the full scope of the Coke Northeast business
  • Participate in rotational shadow programs with all departments
  • Attend regular check-ins with Talent Acquisition and Sales Leadership
