Job Requirements

  • enrollment in an accredited college or university program
  • availability to work full-time during the 12-month internship
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to collaborate within a team environment
  • passion for the hospitality industry
  • punctuality and reliability
  • legal authorization to work for the duration of the internship

Job Qualifications

  • current enrollment in a hospitality, marketing, or business-related degree program
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to learn and adapt
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
  • support client relationship management and communication
  • coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • assist in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • participate in event planning and execution
  • monitor and report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness
