Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, content or CPG/retail industries
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- Detail-oriented with high organizational skills
- Budget management and financial tracking experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Excel
- Availability for periodic travel to company meetings
- Based in Northwest Arkansas
- Willingness to work in a hybrid office environment with 4 days in-office and flexible Fridays
Job Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, content or related CPG/retail role
- Experience in high-growth or innovation-focused companies is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills

- Proficient with PowerPoint, PowerBI and Excel
- Familiarity with Walmart and Sam's systems or tools is a plus

Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end item setup and launch readiness across Walmart Inc. systems
- Support cross-functional project execution including PIR creation and creative briefs
- Manage marketing systems, budget tracking, and operational hygiene
- Coordinate customer events, samples, and activations with sales and marketing teams
- Execute and track third-party merchandising programs with partners such as Acosta
- Ensure data integrity and on-time launch executions
- Provide financial visibility and compliance in marketing investments
