Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, content or CPG/retail industries
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments
  • Detail-oriented with high organizational skills
  • Budget management and financial tracking experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Excel
  • Availability for periodic travel to company meetings
  • Based in Northwest Arkansas
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid office environment with 4 days in-office and flexible Fridays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, content or related CPG/retail role
  • Experience in high-growth or innovation-focused companies is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt quickly
  • Budget management skills and financial acumen
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, PowerBI and Excel
  • Familiarity with Walmart and Sam's systems or tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and teach
  • Proven ability to complete projects on time through effective team collaboration

Job Duties

  • Lead end-to-end item setup and launch readiness across Walmart Inc. systems
  • Support cross-functional project execution including PIR creation and creative briefs
  • Manage marketing systems, budget tracking, and operational hygiene
  • Coordinate customer events, samples, and activations with sales and marketing teams
  • Execute and track third-party merchandising programs with partners such as Acosta
  • Ensure data integrity and on-time launch executions
  • Provide financial visibility and compliance in marketing investments
