Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in transient or business travel sales
- Proven track record managing high-value corporate accounts and partnerships
- Ability to travel frequently to property locations and client meetings
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficient in CRM and sales management software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
- Extensive experience in national and global transient sales strategy
- Proven success managing corporate travel accounts and TMC partnerships
- Strong understanding of RFP processes, rate strategy, and account forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and execute dynamic sales campaigns
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with sales and business intelligence tools such as Lanyon, SynXis, and Readybid
Job Duties
- Lead sales efforts for transient and business travel accounts across PHG properties
- Cultivate and manage top corporate accounts including AMEX GBT, BCD, CTM, Amazon, and Apple Inc
- Serve as the brand ambassador for PHG’s branded properties through active participation in RFP cycles and hosting strategic calls
- Analyze performance metrics and RFP rollups to optimize sales strategy
- Collaborate with local property sales teams to identify and convert transient opportunities
- Execute targeted sales blitz strategies in alignment with brand standards
- Mentor and support sales team members while providing operational guidance on sales tools
