Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality/Sports Management, Business or a related field preferred
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge and interest in marketing and advertising functions
- Intermediate to strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Understands the concept of branding
- Intermediate knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous event or entertainment marketing experience a plus
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event days as assigned
- Team player who is creative and a proactive problem solver
Job Duties
- Create visually engaging graphics and layouts using Adobe Illustrator and Canva to support marketing, branding, and communication initiatives
- Assist with managing day-to-day digital marketing programs including platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Google Analytics, TikTok
- Provide creative support to the venue's sales team by preparing presentations and proposals
- Assist with grassroots marketing including poster and flyer distribution, community appearances, and expansion of marketing campaigns to maximize event awareness
- Generate new and creative ideas to attract and promote events including social media and food and beverage promotions
- Update website, marquee, and in-arena digital display systems
- Manage event day responsibilities such as overseeing VIP suite entrance, suite visits, VIP entrance concierge staff, guest lists, and printing tickets
- Assist with sales, marketing, and solicitation of new business opportunities for Group Sales department
- Maintain complete and accurate customer records
- Assist in fulfilling current and new premium seating and advertising partnerships
- Coordinate client welcome gifts
- Assist in planning and coordinating theme night promotions and special events
- Demonstrate continuous improvement efforts to streamline operations and provide seamless customer service
- Research and suggest creative approaches to increase sales and enhance the fan experience
- Prepare written letters of agreement including negotiated terms
- Recruit and assist in managing student interns and/or part-time sales staff
- Participate in developing and implementing event marketing plans and promotions
- Collaborate with other departments on various projects
- Perform all other duties as assigned
