Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising functions
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Salesforce.com
- Understanding of branding concepts
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, public relations, communications, hospitality, sports management, business or related field
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge and interest in marketing and advertising
- Intermediate to strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Salesforce.com
- Understands branding concepts
- Intermediate knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous event or entertainment marketing experience a plus
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
- Well organized with ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event days

Job Duties
- Assist with the managing day-to-day digital marketing program including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Google Analytics, Tik Tok
- Provide creative support to the venue's sales team and assist with preparing presentations and proposals
- Assist with grassroots efforts including poster and flier distribution, community appearances, and expanding marketing campaigns
- Generate new and creative ideas to attract and promote events including social media and food and beverage promotions
- Update website, marquee, and in-arena digital displays
- Assist with sales, marketing, and solicitation of new business opportunities for Membership Sales department
- Maintain complete and accurate records for customers
- Assist in fulfillment of premium seating and advertising partnerships
- Coordinate client welcome gifts
- Assist in planning and coordinating theme night promotions and special events
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and provide seamless customer service
- Research and provide creative approaches to increase sales and enhance fan experience
- Prepare written letter of agreements including negotiated terms
- Recruit and assist managing student interns or part-time sales staff
- Participate in developing and implementing event marketing plans and promotions
- Interact with other departments on various projects
- Perform all other duties as assigned
