Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 plus years of experience in sales or marketing preferably in senior health care industry
- Marketing professional certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to travel locally
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Assist in the execution of the marketing plan including all advertising and business development goals
- Assist with planning and implementation of pre-leasing events information sessions trade shows expos including event invitations mailings follow-up calls tracking attendance attending events and providing tours and information to attendees
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and order supplies as necessary
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments and entities of Franciscan Ministries supporting resident activities or associate functions
- Assist with all stages of the sales process to achieve pre-leasing deposits and occupancy goals
- Maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere in the marketing office demonstrating exemplary customer service
- Handle incoming calls acquiring preliminary prospect information scheduling appointments following up and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Conduct tours for potential residents ensuring positive community perspectives and knowledge of programs and services
- Collect deposits and fees entering and updating CRM
- Maintain CRM system proficiency entering new prospect information assigning leads troubleshooting data errors maintaining data integrity and generating reports
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes working with residents families and internal teams ensuring paperwork completion and apartment readiness
- Communicate moves in-house transfers and move-out notices timely to necessary parties
- Maintain move checklists occupancy roster and waiting lists updating as necessary
- Oversee new resident orientation collaborating with ambassador programs
- Prepare correspondence and perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and procedures
