Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required
- Ability to develop and maintain referral relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated commitment to working with seniors
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, health care, or related business field preferred
- Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning
- Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting
- Ability to exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Team player with the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally
Job Duties
- Build referral source relationships in hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations
- Develop the market to grow census and quality mix
- Work with acute care and other referral sources
- Provide prospective residents and responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance
- Coordinate marketing initiatives including advertising, media, social media, and event planning
- Establish and maintain internal and external partnerships
- Participate in move-in paperwork processes
