Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of marketing or sales experience ideally in hospitality
  • strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools a plus
  • experience with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic analytics
  • highly organized and proactive
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • passion for hospitality, storytelling, and creating memorable guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Assist with printing event materials including menus and signage
  • tour prospective clients around event spaces and guest rooms
  • work on Saturdays to assist walk-in clients
  • conduct telephone solicitation and qualify potential business
  • assist with events as needed
  • cross-train with other Sales Coordinators
  • update and maintain website content
  • manage company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • maintain company photo and video library
  • arrange amenities and on-site tours for media and VIP guests
  • maintain contact lists for outreach
  • assist in planning and creating email outreach
  • create and maintain slides for digital display boards
  • update and distribute weekly and monthly activities calendars
  • maintain content on company apps for Membership and hotels
  • audit third-party site content for accuracy
  • coordinate production of promotional collateral
  • prioritize and manage varied workload
  • communicate progress or obstacles
  • prepare and distribute marketing activity summaries
  • research marketing and competitor trends
  • coordinate general office functions including supplies and signage
  • pick up and route incoming mail
  • perform other assigned duties
