Job Requirements

bachelor's degree in marketing health care or related business field preferred
minimum of two years direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required
excellent written and oral communication skills
ability to establish working relationships internally and externally
professional image in appearance and behavior
must be a team player
ability to exhibit self-confidence enthusiasm assertiveness and desire to succeed

Job Duties

build and maintain referral source relationships in hospitals clinics and senior-service organizations
develop the market to grow census and quality mix
work with acute care and other referral sources
provide prospective residents and responsible parties with information and assistance
manage advertising media social media and event planning
contribute to partner relations and move-in paperwork
support team collaboration and maintain a professional image
