Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing health care or related business field preferred
  • minimum of two years direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • ability to establish working relationships internally and externally
  • professional image in appearance and behavior
  • must be a team player
  • ability to exhibit self-confidence enthusiasm assertiveness and desire to succeed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • build and maintain referral source relationships in hospitals clinics and senior-service organizations
  • develop the market to grow census and quality mix
  • work with acute care and other referral sources
  • provide prospective residents and responsible parties with information and assistance
  • manage advertising media social media and event planning
  • contribute to partner relations and move-in paperwork
  • support team collaboration and maintain a professional image
