Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing health care or related business field preferred
- minimum of two years direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- ability to establish working relationships internally and externally
- professional image in appearance and behavior
- must be a team player
- ability to exhibit self-confidence enthusiasm assertiveness and desire to succeed

Job Duties
- build and maintain referral source relationships in hospitals clinics and senior-service organizations
- develop the market to grow census and quality mix
- work with acute care and other referral sources
- provide prospective residents and responsible parties with information and assistance
- manage advertising media social media and event planning
- contribute to partner relations and move-in paperwork
- support team collaboration and maintain a professional image
