Job Requirements

  • minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting
  • bachelor's degree in marketing health care or related business field preferred

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in marketing health care or related business field preferred
  • minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required
  • excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing including partner relations move-in paperwork advertising media social media and event planning
  • proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting

  • must be a team player with ability to establish internal and external working relationships

Job Duties

  • build referral source relationships in hospitals clinics and senior-service related organizations
  • develop the market to grow census and quality mix
  • work with acute care and other referral sources
  • provide prospective residents and responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance
  • manage move-in paperwork and processes
  • plan and coordinate marketing events and advertising campaigns
  • maintain partner relations and engage with social media platforms
