Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare, or related business field preferred
- minimum of two years of direct sales experience in healthcare setting
- excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing including partner relations, advertising, media, social media, event planning
- proven success in developing referrals in healthcare setting
- ability to exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, and assertiveness
- team player with ability to establish internal and external working relationships
- professional image in appearance and behavior
- excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Duties
- Build referral source relationships in hospitals
- build referral source relationships in clinics
- establish relationships with senior-service related organizations
- develop the market and grow census
- collaborate with acute care and other referral sources
- provide prospective residents and responsible parties with information and assistance
- manage move-in paperwork and coordinate related documentation
