Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in marketing health care or related business field preferred
  • minimum two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting
  • excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing including partner relations move-in paperwork advertising media social media and event planning
  • proven success in developing healthcare referrals
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • professional image in appearance and behavior
  • team player with ability to establish internal and external relationships

Job Duties

  • build and maintain referral source relationships in hospitals clinics and senior-service organizations
  • develop the community census and quality mix by working with acute care and referral sources
  • provide prospective residents and responsible parties with information and assistance
  • manage advertising media social media and event planning efforts
  • establish and nurture partner relations
  • complete move-in paperwork
  • exhibit self-confidence enthusiasm and assertiveness
