Job Requirements

  • At least two years of hospitality, administrative, or related support experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high service levels
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Flexibility to work weekends on holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in hospitality, administrative, or related support roles
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to deliver high-quality service to clients and internal teams
  • Experience coordinating contracts and events preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage group lodging blocks and act as primary contact for group lodging needs
  • Coordinate contracts and facilitate site tours for the Sales & Events team
  • Support client experiences and assist in transitions between Sales and Planning
  • Provide scheduling and communication assistance to the Executive Committee
  • Arrange VIP services and contribute to special projects
  • Maintain accurate reporting and ensure seamless communication
  • Balance multiple priorities and deliver exceptional client and internal stakeholder service
