Job Requirements
- At least two years of hospitality, administrative, or related support experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high service levels
- Availability to work Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Flexibility to work weekends on holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in hospitality, administrative, or related support roles
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to deliver high-quality service to clients and internal teams
- Experience coordinating contracts and events preferred
Job Duties
- Manage group lodging blocks and act as primary contact for group lodging needs
- Coordinate contracts and facilitate site tours for the Sales & Events team
- Support client experiences and assist in transitions between Sales and Planning
- Provide scheduling and communication assistance to the Executive Committee
- Arrange VIP services and contribute to special projects
- Maintain accurate reporting and ensure seamless communication
- Balance multiple priorities and deliver exceptional client and internal stakeholder service
