Job Duties
- Assist the sales and events team with lead generation and maintaining customer databases
- act as primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and securing bookings
- prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
- coordinate with hotel departments to ensure client needs are met
- prepare and distribute sales reports to track key performance indicators
- conduct site inspections with clients
- assist with creation and distribution of promotional materials
- provide expert advice on event setup and services
- prepare detailed group resumes and ensure logistics coordination
- oversee event operations and manage vendor relationships
- supervise event setup and breakdown
- identify opportunities for revenue maximization
- track and report event revenues
- participate in sales performance meetings
- verify billing and manage group room blocks
- maintain event files and documentation
- lead post-event feedback sessions
