Job Duties

  • Assist the sales and events team with lead generation and maintaining customer databases
  • act as primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and securing bookings
  • prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • coordinate with hotel departments to ensure client needs are met
  • prepare and distribute sales reports to track key performance indicators
  • conduct site inspections with clients
  • assist with creation and distribution of promotional materials
  • provide expert advice on event setup and services
  • prepare detailed group resumes and ensure logistics coordination
  • oversee event operations and manage vendor relationships
  • supervise event setup and breakdown
  • identify opportunities for revenue maximization
  • track and report event revenues
  • participate in sales performance meetings
  • verify billing and manage group room blocks
  • maintain event files and documentation
  • lead post-event feedback sessions
