Job Requirements

  • 2 years of hotel sales experience preferred
  • College degree or equivalent industry experience
  • SMERF experience preferred
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Strong supervisory and personnel management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive and self-motivated with strong leadership

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience preferred
  • SMERF market experience preferred
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Strong supervisory and personnel management experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Work with leadership and revenue management to develop sales growth strategies
  • Oversee and support property-based sales teams
  • Ensure effective selling processes are in place
  • Serve as task force manager as needed
  • Support major developing client accounts
  • Inspire and mentor sales team toward shared vision
  • Build and retain high performing sales professionals
