Job Requirements

- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Assist the sales and events team with lead generation and maintaining customer databases
- Manage client inquiries and secure bookings for events and reservations
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Coordinate with hotel departments to meet client needs
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and group bookings
- Prepare and distribute sales reports
- Conduct site inspections with clients
- Assist with promotional materials and sales campaigns
- Provide exceptional client service
- Handle correspondence and clerical duties
