Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software

Job Duties

  • Assist the sales and events team with lead generation and maintaining customer databases
  • Manage client inquiries and secure bookings for events and reservations
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to meet client needs
  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and group bookings
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports
  • Conduct site inspections with clients
  • Assist with promotional materials and sales campaigns
  • Provide exceptional client service
  • Handle correspondence and clerical duties
