Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months experience in administrative, sales, or event planning in luxury or VIP settings
  • Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must adhere to company policies and professional appearance standards

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support across hotel departments
  • Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software
  • Serve as liaison between sales office and clients throughout event processes
  • Maintain professional appearance and communication standards
  • Develop and maintain positive work relationships with colleagues
  • Report accidents, damages, and unsafe situations to management
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving objects under 10 pounds and various physical movements as required
