Job Requirements

  • 6 months admin, sales or event planning experience in luxury or VIP
  • ability to create a safe workplace

  • physically able to lift objects up to 10 pounds and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of administrative, sales, or event planning experience in luxury or VIP settings
  • proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software

  • basic physical ability to perform job-related tasks

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors
  • act as liaison between Sales Office and clients during pre-event, event, and post-event phases
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and departments
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
  • perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 10 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods
  • perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
