- Have prior sales or events experience, 3+ years preferred

Job Duties
- Identify and contact prospective clients to promote banquet and catering sales daily while facilitating execution of all catered events to ensure client expectations are met and events run smoothly
- Advise and make recommendations to clients including menu selections, beverage options, room assignments, design and set-up arrangements
- Arrange related amenities with outside vendors such as music, flowers, equipment rentals and audiovisual equipment
- Provide the highest level of customer service in planning and executing catering events
- Negotiate and prepare event contracts with clients using established guidelines
