Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in working in hospitality industry or any combination of skill and experience that relates directly to the tasks to be performed is preferred
  • Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license

Job Duties

  • Responsible for clerical work related to events including correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records
  • Responsible for answering the phone for the venue and fielding calls and inquiries
  • Responsible for taking client payments and answering financial or invoicing questions accurately
  • Supervises events to ensure clients needs are accomplished and events are executed to the highest standards
  • Displays vast knowledge of Cooper Creek Event Center caterers/vendors and venue information including capacity, pricing, audio visual capabilities, etc., and should be able to professionally articulate the information to clients
