Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior administrative experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • proficiency with office software and equipment
  • availability for full-time schedule
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures

  • capacity to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • willingness to perform other reasonable duties as assigned

Job Duties

  • Serve as the point of contact for clients by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
  • enter and retrieve information in computer databases to update records, files, and reservations
  • operate standard office equipment other than computers
  • prepare letters, memos, and other documents using office software
  • transmit information or documents through computer, mail, or facsimile, proofreading and editing for accuracy
  • welcome and acknowledge guests following company standards and address their service needs
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and departments to support team goals
