Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hospitality, sales, or event planning preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to Sales, Events, and Planning teams
  • manage internal bookings and small events
  • answer phones and guide clients on behalf of the Sales and Events team
  • assist managers with lead intake and client communication
  • generate agreements and communicate on behalf of hotel and managers
  • prepare group resumes, event orders, and support site tour coordination
  • maintain the sales funnel by tracking, assigning, and monitoring incoming leads
  • conduct in-person and virtual site inspections for prospective customers
  • communicate hotel guidelines, services, and procedures clearly to planners
  • plan and execute events ensuring seamless logistics and guest satisfaction
  • collaborate cross-departmentally and with external vendors
  • prioritize tasks and manage workflow independently based on business needs
  • maintain professional and consistent communication with clients and teams
  • perform additional duties as assigned by Sales and Events leadership
