Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of event sales and execution
- develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive event bookings
- create customized event proposals and contracts
- lead and train event staff to ensure high service standards
- collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless event experiences
- monitor event budgets and coordinate logistics for event setups
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during events
