Job Requirements
- 2 years of hotel sales experience preferred
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
- SMERF experience preferred
- Proven leadership skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Strong supervisory and personnel management experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong ability to sell ideas
- Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate as a strong team member
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines
- Excellent organizational, time-management and analytical skills

Job Duties
- Work with the Indigo Road Hospitality Group Home Office Leadership team and senior operations leaders to develop sales growth strategies for driving top line revenue
- Oversee and support the property-based sales teams
- Ensure effective selling processes are in place
- Serve as a task force manager at the unit level as needed
- Support sales teams with major and critical client accounts
- Inspire the sales team through mentoring, coaching, and development
- Build cohesive, customer-focused solutions sales teams
- Identify, develop, and retain high performing sales professionals
- Demonstrate high integrity, take ownership of actions, promote collaboration, and develop successful sales strategies
