Job Requirements

  • Reliable form of transportation
  • At least 2 years of beauty industry experience as a professional make-up artist or brand ambassador
  • Reside in the Rogers, AR metropolitan area
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for 6-8 hours
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
  • Passion for clean beauty category

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in the beauty industry as a professional make-up artist or brand ambassador
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to set and meet sales goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to train and educate retail teams and clients
  • Experience with engaging customers and building relationships
  • Passion for clean beauty products and knowledge of performance-driven ingredients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Knowledge of store operations and scheduling
  • 1 or more years of Sephora training and selling experience with established relationships is a plus

Job Duties

  • Drive and exceed sales goals as determined by ILIA through store visits for support, events and relationship building
  • Coordinate store visit schedule with manager and strategize plans to achieve sales goals and execute corporate initiatives
  • Create monthly calendar to support focus doors and to achieve sales goals
  • Demonstrate superior selling skills with proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Deliver effective and engaging training that results in consistent sales
  • Build relationships, drive sales, and provide outstanding customer service
  • Partner with store and brand field leadership teams to ensure successful execution of new store openings
  • Educate store teams on hero products to increase their ability to recommend and drive retail sales
  • Develop brand advocates by training store teams on key selling and service behaviors that increase sales, foster relationships, and grow loyalty
  • Track and monitor event sales impact
  • Initiate innovative strategies to boost sales and retail results
  • Train retail associates, inter-sell associates, and freelancers on brand products and selling skills
  • Activate store visit calendar and document store successes, opportunities, and action plans post-visit
  • Provide detailed weekly recaps of business opportunities and achievements
  • Communicate regularly with management via status calls and prepare updates
  • Collaborate with store leadership on brand opportunities
  • Communicate stock concerns with manager and retail partners as necessary
