Job Requirements

  • Must have reliable form of transportation
  • Currently live in the Missoula, Montana metropolitan area
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Ability to stand and work on feet for 6-8 hours
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
  • Minimum 2 years of beauty industry experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for clean beauty

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of beauty industry experience as professional make-up artist or brand ambassador
  • Demonstrated superior selling skills with ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and provide outstanding service
  • Effective communication and training skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of clean beauty principles and passion for the category
  • Experience with Sephora training and selling a plus
  • Residency in Missoula, Montana metropolitan area

Job Duties

  • Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits for support, events and relationship building
  • Coordinate store visit schedule with manager and strategize plans to achieve sales goals and execute corporate initiatives
  • Create monthly calendar to support focus doors and achieve sales goals
  • Demonstrate superior selling skills with proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Provide effective and engaging training that delivers consistent sales results
  • Build relationships, drive sales and provide outstanding customer service
  • Partner with store and brand field leadership to ensure new store openings are executed
  • Educate store teams on hero products to increase ability to recommend products and drive retail sales
  • Develop brand advocates by training on key selling and service behaviors that grow loyalty
  • Track and monitor event sales impact
  • Initiate innovative ways to drive retail results
  • Train retail associates, inter-sell associates and freelancers on brand products and selling skills
  • Activate store visit calendar and recap store successes, opportunities, and action plan post-visit
  • Provide detailed weekly business updates including opportunities and celebrations
  • Communicate regularly with manager via status calls and updates
  • Communicate with store leadership on brand opportunities and stock concerns
