Job Requirements

  • Must have reliable form of transportation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Must currently live in the Napa Valley metropolitan area
  • Ability to stand and work on feet for 6 to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in beauty industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build customer relationships
  • Effective training and educational skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of beauty industry experience as a professional makeup artist or brand ambassador
  • Over 1 year Sephora training and selling experience with established relationships
  • Passion for the clean beauty category
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills
  • Proven sales and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to train and educate retail teams effectively
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays

Job Duties

  • Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits for support, events and relationship building
  • Coordinate store visit schedule with manager and strategize plans to achieve sales goals and execute corporate initiatives
  • Create monthly calendar to support focus doors and to achieve sales goals
  • Demonstrate superior selling skills with proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Deliver effective and engaging training that drives consistent sales results
  • Build relationships, drive sales and provide outstanding customer service
  • Partner with store and brand leadership to support new store openings
  • Educate store teams on hero products to enhance product recommendations and sales
  • Develop brand advocates by training on key selling and service behaviors
  • Track and monitor event sales impact
  • Initiate innovative sales strategies to drive retail results
  • Train retail associates, inter-sell associates and freelancers on brand products and selling skills
  • Activate store visit calendar and recap store successes, opportunities and action plans in T-Sheets
  • Provide detailed weekly business recaps including opportunities and celebrations
  • Maintain regular communication with manager via status calls and updates
  • Collaborate with store leadership on brand opportunities
  • Communicate stock concerns to manager and retail partners as needed
