Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales and event planning
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication negotiation interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Delphi preferred

- Manage the planning and execution of all conference services including logistics catering and audio-visual equipment
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction
- Lead a team of conference services professionals to ensure the success of our events
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track the success of our conference services
