Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management business marketing culinary arts a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • three to five years of related work experience
  • proficiency in digital marketing and financial tracking tools

Job Duties

  • contribute to the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans to promote campus event spaces including the Iacocca Conference Center
  • assist in executing multi-channel campaigns including email digital ads social media newsletters and print collateral
  • respond to internal and external event inquiries assessing needs and gathering relevant information
  • support client site visits and planning discussions by preparing materials and offering input on event requirements
  • track event-related charges and assist with preparing accurate invoices
  • assist in the planning and delivery of summer conferences and camps in coordination with the department team
  • maintain and update department website content to ensure accuracy and ease of navigation
