Job Duties
- contribute to the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans to promote campus event spaces including the Iacocca Conference Center
- assist in executing multi-channel campaigns including email digital ads social media newsletters and print collateral
- respond to internal and external event inquiries assessing needs and gathering relevant information
- support client site visits and planning discussions by preparing materials and offering input on event requirements
- track event-related charges and assist with preparing accurate invoices
- assist in the planning and delivery of summer conferences and camps in coordination with the department team
- maintain and update department website content to ensure accuracy and ease of navigation
