Job Requirements
- 2 years related food and beverage and/or hotel hospitality work experience
- HS graduate a must
- some college preferred
- minimum of 5 years excellent Microsoft and Windows computer skills
- Canva and Excel a plus
- must be personable with an outgoing personality
- must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
- requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to comprehend and follow instructions effectively
- must be able to pass a background check
- must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate

Job Duties
- Handle catering and group turnovers/file set up
- ensure BEOs are included in the 10-day schedule
- act as lead point of contact when sales manager is out
- answer calls and take inquiries
- input Ocean2000 reservations into Delphi
- maintain and distribute 10-day schedules, daily event listings, resumes, BEOs, and amenity requests
- assist Director of Sales and Catering with managing checkbook and invoices
