Job Requirements

  • 2 years related food and beverage and/or hotel hospitality work experience
  • HS graduate a must
  • some college preferred
  • minimum of 5 years excellent Microsoft and Windows computer skills
  • Canva and Excel a plus
  • must be personable with an outgoing personality
  • must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
  • requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ability to comprehend and follow instructions effectively
  • must be able to pass a background check
  • must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Handle catering and group turnovers/file set up
  • ensure BEOs are included in the 10-day schedule
  • act as lead point of contact when sales manager is out
  • answer calls and take inquiries
  • input Ocean2000 reservations into Delphi
  • maintain and distribute 10-day schedules, daily event listings, resumes, BEOs, and amenity requests
  • assist Director of Sales and Catering with managing checkbook and invoices
