- Associates degree in hotel or hospitality or related field or equivalent experience/education combination
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
- Professional communication skills both verbal and written

Job Duties
- Complete administrative tasks supporting all group sales efforts including preparing sales kits, documenting prospective accounts, organizing files, preparing contracts, preparing invoices, purchasing office supplies, data entry
- Complete Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and resumes for clients and operations departments
- Enter accurate rooming lists, routing information, tax-exempt status, and payment verification in company software systems
- Monitor room blocks and communicate with property personnel regarding group room pick-ups and rooming lists
- Investigate and resolve group complaints or conflicts including billing issues, misplaced items, reservations, and contract discrepancies
- Organize and coordinate client appreciation and in-house lodge events
- Provide detailed information on meeting-specific needs from negotiation through departure
- Attend pre and post conference meetings as needed
- Handle all in-suite VIP packages and amenities
- Maintain Posting Master account ledger by tracking all open PM accounts
- Assist sales team with special projects
