- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
- Professional communication skills both verbal and written

Job Duties
- Complete administrative tasks supporting all group sales efforts including preparing sales kits, documenting prospective accounts, organizing files, preparing contracts, preparation of invoices, purchasing office supplies and data entry
- Complete Banquet Event Orders and Resumes for clients and operations to communicate specific needs, details and pricing
- Enter accurate rooming lists, routing information, tax-exempt status and payment verification in company software systems
- Monitor room blocks and communicate with property personnel weekly regarding group room pick-ups and rooming lists
- Represent lodge in investigating and resolving group complaints including billing issues and contract discrepancies
- Organize and coordinate client appreciation and in-house lodge events
- Provide detailed information on meeting-specific needs throughout the booking process
- Attend pre and post conference meetings as needed
- Handle in-suite VIP packages and amenities
- Maintain Posting Master account ledger keeping track of open accounts
- Assist sales team with special projects
