Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant business analysis experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of retailer and syndicated data sources
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with beauty and personal care industry
- Willingness to support cross-functional teams and collaborative projects
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a business analysis role
- Strong knowledge of retailer data and syndicated data
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Preferred experience with Scintilla, PowerBI and Nielsen
- Proven knowledge of retailer strategies and objectives
- Deep knowledge of beauty and personal care for the given category
- Ability to work on multiple tasks with great accuracy
- Can analyze and visualize data, draw conclusions and make strategic recommendations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Takes initiative
Job Duties
- Support in master data maintenance including system attribution and active SKU list
- Run and maintain total CPD weekly reporting to support ongoing business needs including sales performance, pricing, innovation, market share, forecasting
- Develop new ad hoc reporting and analysis conducting deep dives to support ongoing business needs including sales, inventory, promo and cascading to teams
- Support directors with line review prep including add delete and modular analysis and cosmetics monthly business reviews
- Provide category expertise, shopper behavior and competitive insights to understand changing retailer and customer landscape
- Support CX team with digital insights to drive O+O, increase penetration and enhance overall online experience
- Assist with Walmart Layout Center and in-store mod support, in-office support and shareholder event preparation and post analysis
