- Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours
- Ability to follow cooking directions

- Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members and support office

Job Duties
- Proactively engaging customers while sampling products
- Preparing and serving food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc. with specific cooking directions provided
- Cutting and sampling produce and grocery products
- Achieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new products
- Coordinating all event activities including event setup and takedown, communicating upcoming events in department manager meetings, managing sample supply and product inventory, preparing event recaps via SharePoint
- Maintaining program specific equipment
- Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
- Completing assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base
