Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail sales experience preferably in fashion
- strong customer service skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work effectively in a team
- basic knowledge of sales principles
- ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized
- strong problem-solving skills
- open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- enthusiasm for fashion and Ted Baker brand

Job Duties
- Drive and document own learning to contribute to team success
- develop strategic partnerships with host store partners
- use product knowledge to generate sales and increase customer loyalty
- follow merchandising guidelines and housekeeping standards
- support management with visual merchandising execution
- deliver greeting, observation, communication, fitting assistance, and thanking customers consistently
- actively seek knowledge to achieve and exceed sales KPIs
- promote clienteling and database building
- adhere to company policies and health and safety procedures
- handle cash accurately and report discrepancies
- report any misuse or theft of company property
- work unsupervised ensuring task completion
- maintain productive relationships and represent the Ted Baker brand with enthusiasm
