Job Duties

  • Work with integrity and respect to achieve high team participation

  • Develop strategic partnerships and maintain productive relationships with host store partners
  • Use product knowledge to generate sales and build customer loyalty
  • Follow merchandising guidelines and support visual merchandising execution
  • Deliver customer service using the Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist, Thank (GOTFAT) methodology with enthusiasm
  • Maintain commercial awareness of competitors and local market conditions
  • Take ownership in achieving and exceeding location sales KPIs and brand initiatives
  • Handle all tasks efficiently while adhering to company policies and safety procedures
  • Protect company assets and follow loss prevention measures
  • Accountable for accurate cash handling and banking, resolving discrepancies promptly
