- Enthusiasm for fashion and interest in the Ted Baker brand
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus
Job Duties

- Develop strategic partnerships and maintain productive relationships with host store partners
- Use product knowledge to generate sales and build customer loyalty
- Follow merchandising guidelines and support visual merchandising execution
- Deliver customer service using the Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist, Thank (GOTFAT) methodology with enthusiasm
- Maintain commercial awareness of competitors and local market conditions
- Take ownership in achieving and exceeding location sales KPIs and brand initiatives
- Handle all tasks efficiently while adhering to company policies and safety procedures
- Protect company assets and follow loss prevention measures
- Accountable for accurate cash handling and banking, resolving discrepancies promptly
