Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail sales role preferably in fashion
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional handling of customer issues
- Open availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferably in fashion
- Strong customer service skills and passion for retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in handling customer inquiries
- Enthusiasm for fashion and knowledge of Ted Baker brand
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the Ted Baker brand standards
- Engage customers using the Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist, Thank (GOTFAT) sales approach with enthusiasm and consistency
- Maintain expert product knowledge to promote sales and customer loyalty
- Follow merchandising guidelines and assist in visual merchandising execution
- Collaborate with team members and host store partners to support business needs
- Adhere to company policies including health and safety, loss prevention, and cash handling procedures
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and support brand promotions and initiatives
