Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, data sorting, and basic formulas
  • Experience with Microsoft Word
  • Ability to compile and present organized reports
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Previous experience in sales administration, office coordination, or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Capture and input sales lead information through web forms and assist with reassigning accounts and leads in the CRM system
  • Compile, summarize, and distribute weekly and monthly reports using Excel
  • Answer and transfer calls with a warm, professional approach
  • Complete general office tasks including scanning, e-fax distribution, and managing office packages
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate data
  • Track sales trends, metrics, and necessary follow-ups
  • Provide front-desk receptionist support
