Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • previous experience providing executive-level administrative support
  • proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • experience in a hotel or related industry preferred

Job Duties

  • assist the sales and conference planning staff in all related duties for groups
  • process all incoming business leads
  • coordinate all internal events
  • maintain files and sales databases as per company standards
  • follow-up on all special projects and assignments given by management
  • generate marketing materials including social media posts and print or digital publications
  • perform general office duties such as making files, copying, filing, ordering, and inventorying office supplies
