Job Requirements

  • High school or GED
  • at least 1 year of general work experience
  • ability to create and conduct sales presentations including ability to overcome objections
  • ability to use and understand mobile applications
  • ability to work variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • must have and maintain a valid driver's license
  • must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance
  • must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the past three years
  • must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during working hours
  • frequent lifting of 25+ pounds
  • occasional lifting of 50+ pounds
  • ability to read information in small, medium, and large print
  • ability to stand minimum 6 hours during the workday
  • ability to walk minimum 4 miles during the workday

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ability to create and conduct sales presentations including overcoming objections
  • ability to use and understand mobile applications
  • must have and maintain a valid driver's license
  • must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance as specified
  • must have a driving record with no major violations in the last three years
  • must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for work use
  • strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • excellent planning and organization skills
  • proficient in computer application skills
  • bachelor's degree or 3-4 year college/university degree preferred
  • 1+ years previous sales experience preferred
  • food/beverage industry experience preferred
  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Selling products and displays to customers following prescribed sales priorities
  • customarily and regularly performing primary duties in the field visiting customer accounts away from a company facility or office
  • build and maintain profitable customer relationships
  • execute and close all sales calls
  • sell in incremental displays and equipment placements
  • sell in of CMA and other contractual agreements to customers
  • drive promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance
  • review business results with customers
  • drive innovation brands into the market via existing customer base
  • use tools and sales process as trained to grow in-outlet execution
  • ensure company assets meet performance requirements and develop a plan of action for low volume assets
  • ensure outlets comply with company standards
  • communicate account activities to appropriate parties
  • perform merchandising and rotation inspections
  • resolve customer inquiries including researching and closing service tickets
  • transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising
  • maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • work overtime as assigned
  • comply with company policies, procedures, and laws
  • identify and report unsafe working conditions
  • comply with dress code and grooming standards
  • work shifts and schedules as assigned
