Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or related fields preferred
- Ability to handle multiple communication platforms effectively
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday with alternate days off
- Eligible to work legally in the country
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early and late shifts
- Familiarity with automotive products is a plus but not required
- Basic computer skills to manage communication channels

Job Duties
- Meet and greet customers in person, via phone, email, text, and social media
- Pair customer vehicle requests with suitable new or used vehicles
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and features
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training programs
