Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods 4-8+ hours with periodic breaks
- perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
- frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
- occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- use appropriate lifting equipment for heavier loads and seek assistance when needed
- ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
- experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants preferred
- proven leadership and team development skills
- excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- strong financial acumen
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- attention to detail especially with food quality and safety standards
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high customer satisfaction
- assist in managing team leadership and staff development
- maintain quality control over food and service
- monitor financial performance including budgets and costs
- create and uphold a safe and clean environment
- resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
