Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods of 4-8 hours with periodic breaks
- perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms

Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants preferred
- proven leadership abilities to develop and manage a team
- strong customer service skills
- financial acumen including budget management and cost control
- problem-solving skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- attention to detail especially regarding food quality and safety
