Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of 4 to 8 hours with periodic breaks
- perform repetitive motions such as chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment
- frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
- capability to walk stairs and use step ladders
- occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with proper assistance for heavier loads
- ability to move quickly and efficiently in kitchen
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- work in loud, fast-paced environments with exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- strong background in operations and staff management
- proven leadership skills with ability to develop and manage teams
- experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- strong customer service abilities
- financial management skills including budget control
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
- manage quality control and ensure compliance with food safety standards
- control financial performance by managing budgets and costs
- create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and staff
- resolve customer complaints and maintain positive guest relations
- foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff
