Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- perform repetitive motions such as chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment
- frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- capability to walk up and down stairs and use step ladders
- occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly using proper equipment or assistance
- ability to move quickly and efficiently in kitchen areas
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
- experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- proven leadership ability and team development skills
- strong customer service skills with conflict resolution experience
- financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
- excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
- ensure quality control and adherence to food safety standards
- manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and achieving financial targets
- create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- foster a positive and respectful work environment among team members
