Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including chopping, stirring, carrying, and equipment operation
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
- Capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and listening as required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with proper equipment or assistance
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently in the kitchen
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Exposure to temperature variations including hot kitchen and cold storage areas

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong customer service skills with complaint resolution experience
- Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail in food quality and health standards
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
- Manage quality control to maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Monitor financial performance, including budget management and cost control
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience
- Lead recruitment, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff
