Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
- experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- proven leadership and team development skills
- excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities
- financial acumen including budget management and cost control
- effective problem-solving skills
- strong verbal and written communication
- ability to multitask and manage priorities
- attention to detail regarding quality and safety standards
Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
- monitor quality control and food safety standards
- manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- resolve customer complaints and maintain high guest satisfaction
- support recruitment, training, and performance management of team members
