Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
  • experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities
  • financial acumen including budget management and cost control
  • effective problem-solving skills
  • strong verbal and written communication
  • ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • attention to detail regarding quality and safety standards

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
  • monitor quality control and food safety standards
  • manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
  • resolve customer complaints and maintain high guest satisfaction
  • support recruitment, training, and performance management of team members
